At Pet Supplies, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at mgc885566@outlook.com or call us at 8285731692 to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Who pays for return shipping? Pet Supplies covers all return shipping costs. There is no charge to the customer for returning an item.

Damaged, Wrong Items, or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
